   1.Stroke-adjusting device: 

  If the size of product specification change, during adjust no need to add or change parts.

   2.Heating device:

  It adopts the registering contact heating to change the traditional radiant heat conducting mode and shorten the heating time of plastic pieces, thus effectively protect the molecular construction of plastic piece and save energy resource.

  3.Main unit device:

  All the main parts for forming, punch hole and cutting are designed on the surface of machine body that is easy for operation and maintenance (machine for making lid only).

  Forming-Plastic material through transition roller after heating, enter into forming mould, pressing and puffing then to be shape.

  Punching hole, cutting, scrap collection unit- stoke cylinder or servo motor intermittently transfer plastic film ,working one time that finish punching hole and cutting, at the same time scrap collection unit collects scrap.
