In simple terms Actizal chemistry synchronizes with the chemistry of operation of your boiler Technology Side : 1. Actizal has been developed after *8 years of intensive research upon behavior of carbon during combustion 2. Actizal works on the principle of increasing rate of net heat transfer per unit time (As per the first law of thermo dynamics; work done is directly proportional to rate of net heat transfer). Due to higher rate of net heat transfer, more steam will be generated per unit heat 3. Actizal creates *1 effects in coal (fuel), heat transfer environment, heat absorption environment, due to which increased rate of net heat transfer environment is created 4. On the fuel side Actizal takes over the entire carbon release process of coal in the system, regulating over supply and under supply of carbon to reaction with oxygen. Due to this carbon supply to oxygen becomes constant 5. The heat energy released by combustion hence forth becomes constant due to stable carbon release 6. The heat energy release consistency can be understood by the following example Say the coal is having energy of ***0 K Cal / Kg . When coal is fired, the one kg is consumed all over the furnace and not at a single point. Hence the heat energy release will be different at different points in the furnace.
