1. Starch stirring tank-mix starch with water evenly and then feed slurry into the beating machine.

2. Foaming agent stirring tank- Dilute the foaming agent with water and then feed them into the beating machine.

3. Paper-feeding frame-support coating paper in conveying

4. Scoring machine- Engrave coating paper in ordr to make the board edge square.

5. Automatic deviation rectifier- Automatically rectify bottom and upper paper 

6. Materials discharger-Discharge gypsum power from the material-stablizing hopper and then send it into screw conveyor.

7. Dosage-measuring screw conveyor- Measure and convey gypsum power into the Beating machine

8. Beater- Beat gypsum power, starch, water, foaming agent and other additives into slurry and discharge the mixture into coating paper.

9. Plate-type shaping machine- it is new type shaper, boards produced by which have flat faces and beautiful appearance.

*0. Shaping belt conveyor- Being an important part of the whole plant, it serves as mould as well as conveying belt, carrying boards from the shaping machine.

*1. Board breaker-Cut boards from convey-belt into semi-manfactured pieces ,and then carry them onto 1# transverse conveyor.

*2. 1# transverse conveyor-transverse convey and resverse semi-manufactured gypsum boards to prevent board faces from dirting, and then send them to the distributor.-

*3. Distributor- distribute gypsum boards from 1# transverse  conveyor onto each layer of the drying machine.

*4. Accelerated board –ting machine- Rapidly convey boards which coming from the distributor into the drying room.

*5. Dryer- Being the most advanced gypsum board dying device , it adopts 2 kinds of techniques-heat conductive oil exchanging hot air and burning fuel exchanging hot air. The devices have advantage of supplying stable temperature , which is totally consistent with the characters of board drying.

*6. Accelerated board-outputting unit- Rapidly convey the dried boards out of the dryer

*7. Board outputting machine-Rapidly convey the dried boards out of the dryer and then carry them to 2# transverse conveyor.

*8. 2# transverse conveyor- Dried boards sent by the outputting machine bind together face to face , then are conveyed to the sawer .
