+ leg elastic band +waist band + frontal tape + side
tapes;
2. Single
web wheels: fluffy core molding in one unit, the amount can be
adjusted;
3. Double
screws type SAP adding unit which equipped with pressure relief
device to avoid SAP jam resulted in machine stop;
4. Fluffy
pulp core is scattered well and absorbed by wind from web wheel
center, the finished core is soft and suitable which density is
1.**1.7g/mm3;
5. P.E.
film is compounded with bottom film on line to be pressed by
silica gel wheel with better performance (more soft, stick firm
without wrinkle);
6. Frontal
tape are added glue film or sprayed glue on line directly, which
equipped with color locator;
7. Side
tapes are cut, folded and pressed by cutting unit which equipped
with buffer to guarantee tapes more stable.
