Machine Details: 



Together with GZS**5A, GZS*9A has the highest degree of automation 

Among all suppository machines in China. This machine unit is composed by a high speed shell forming and cavity filling machine, a high speed cooler and a high speed sealing machine. It has following features.    



1. A cam machine driven by a motor combining with a pneumatic motor is the

   driving source   



2. A detecting switch is installed to monitor filling level 



3. Two photoelectric sensors are installed to guarantee color code in correct position. 



4. Auto detection of collapse shells which are marked by piercing a hole at the bottom.         The collapse shell will not be filled and will be removed at the end. 



5. Fill 9 pieces each time. Precise positioning, no spilling and no sticking to the wall. 



6. Servo motor system is used to adjust the loading volume accurately. 



7. Liquid medicine remains to be the same temperature in the storage barrel. 

Plunger pump is used to control liquid reflux. 



8. After filling, liquid medicine in the shells is cooled and condensed by 

Continuously moving along a special curve path. The conversion from liquid to solid happened during this time. 



9. Preheating before sealing. Cutting bottom line, making tearing line are the steps to be finished before cutting. Sealing is driven by cam machine, fast and accurate. 



*0. Various kinds of packing material can be used in the machine such as PVC, PVC/PE, and PVC/PVDC/PE. Sticky material like gelatin and Chinese medicine can be used for filling.
