The HEXIN™ furnace rollers are made from high nickel and high chrome heat-resistant alloys, cobalt base alloys, like HU, HT, HK, HP, HW, *4/*4NbTiZr, *0Cr/*0Ni (2.***3), 1.***5, 1.***9, 1.***8, 1.***0, 1.***9, 1.***1, 1.***5, 1.***2, 2.***9 or as per customer's requirements, by spun casting barrel tube and static cones and forged shafts. The roller sizes range from OD.*0MM to OD.***0MM(2.*6 to *3inch),  according to customer design. To guarantee the perfect performance of each roller we made, we control the quality from raw material inspect PMI ,chemical composition controlled by Spectrometer, pressure testing for the barrel tube, eddy current test, CNC machining, grinding the surface to Ra.0.1 max.,dye penetrant test, dynamic balancing, static balancing,etc., We take care of each step of each components of the furnace, and we also care about the safety delivery of the rollers, so we have our own designed package to guarantee the rollers can reach you with perfect quality through the long way of shipping. You can definitely trust us on rollers. ( furnace roller, spun cast furnace roller)
