It is processed by composite spinning technology. The material of the core is polyester, so is the sheath. While the melting point of the sheath is much lower than core.
 

The Features:

This fiber has lower melting point than regular polyester fiber, and it is thermoplastic and self–adhesive. When it is heated to melting point, the sheath of the yarn will melt into liquid, and when it is cool it will turn into solid again. Low Melting Yarn, which combined with regular polyester, nylon, wool or other fibers, can be made as thermal adhesive fiber products, non - woven fabric. Because of the self – adhesive, it has many advantages such as: high strength, washing, crisp, unpolluted and so on.
