The steel truss structure of gantry crane of QLM series from 5MT to **0MT are available. These products are used in bridge building, construction, metallurgy, dockyard, transportation and other building sites. A single main beam adopts double-piece steel truss structure. The single side of main beam is constituted by two vertical parallel chord girder trusses, and two horizontal parallel chord girder trusses. The web member form of vertical parallel chord girder truss is diagonal rod. Characters include: light in weight, low in processing cost, high in utilization ration and toughness, and easy to control and transform during manufacturing, increasing intension and horizontal toughness of beams. These products are designed to three units. Each unit is jointed tightly by pins and two main beams are connected by a connecting flat. Heads are made to measure eight holes of the support frame. The upper main beam is installed at the recondition flat and the guard bar for periodical maintenance. The frame is easy to transport.
