Flagstone�s dry Gas Chlorinators are tropicalised for consistent performance under extreme conditions. Water passes through the Injector to produce vacuum. This vacuum extends to Automatic Vaccum Regulator (AVR). The chlorine gas supplied (from Tonners/Cylinders or Chlorine Evaporators) under pressure is reduced to a constant vacuum at the AVR. The gas under vacuum passes through a Rotameter and Flow Control Valve (FCV). The chlorine gas then gets mixed with water at the Injector and is then discharged to the point of application. Safety valves are provided in this system to make it safe for Operating Personnel and ensure equipment's longevity. A Differential pressure Regulator (DPR) is provided (for Chlorinators above 6 Kg/hr capacity) to control the pressure-drop across the Rotameter and also to ensure accurate and steady flow of gas. Range: **0 gms. To *0 Kgs/Hr. (without evaporator) *0 Kgs/Hr. to **0 Kgs/Hr. for models with Steam/Electrically heated evaporators. Mountings: Frame mounted/ Wall mounted/ Direct cylinder or tonner mounted/ Pedestal or Floor mounted. Type: Vacuum Feed. Operation: Manual/Semi-automatic.
