Automatic Sonic Nozzle Gas Meter Test Bench is a serial type equipment to test gas meter in compliance with National standard JJG*******5verification regulation for diaphragm gas meter. It is mainly used for testing domestic diaphragm gas meter with the flow range 0.**6m3/h ～6m3/h and industrial gas meter with the flow range 0.*6m3/h ~**0m3/h.
FEATURES
 

• The equipment can test 6pcs, 8pcs or *2pcs gas meters simultaneously by using series-connection compare method.

• Taking sonic nozzle, unmovable throttle element as standard device, ensures its stability and reliability as well. The test bench can test flow points Qmax. 0.2Qmax. and Qmin of gas meter G1.6, G2.5 and G4. Each sonic nozzle is tested by national qualified testing institute.

• Adopting single chip microcomputer, high accuracy A/D converter and accurate sensor technology, it can precisely test parameters as temperature and pressure etc. for compensation calculation of flow. This may greatly reduce the requirement on operating environment.

• The test bench adopts minus-pressure method, adopting none-oil dry vacuum pump, and ensure the air passing nozzles at critical state.
• Can carry out error test, pressure loss test and tightness test.

• Realize full automatic testing under PC control. Test result can be saved into database so as to realize printing, statistics, analysis etc.

• Test bench frame is made of industrial aluminum, with perfect appearance and strong structure.
