SPOT (WITH ROLLS & EXTENSIONS) FROM **0’**0 TO **0’**0MT/MONTH GAS OIL 0, ****2 GOST *****2 SULPHUR 0, *2% FOB ROTTERDAM. BANKING PROCEDURE: -Seller issues Sale and Purchase Agreement to Buyer. -Buyer and Seller agree all conditions and sign/stamp SPA and put it in the own banks. -Buyer’s Bank (in the same day of contract signing) issues Bank Confirmation Letter by SWIFT MT**9 and send copy to Seller. - Seller/Seller’s bank provides POP documents to Buyer/Buyer’s bank (Tank Storage Receipt and SGS certificates). - Buyer’s Bank issue MT**3/*3 to Seller’s Bank. - Ownership/title deed transfer and payment are exchanged bank to bank. - The transaction is consummated as contracted. Each party hereto will bear its respective banking costs / charges. DOCUMENTS for PAYMENT: - Buyer’s Bank should release the payment within max *4 hours after Seller transfer Title of the product. - All documents shall be in the English language. PRICE: Price Fixed **0 USD/MT. The price referred to throughout this Contract is to be paid in United States Dollars (USD). PAYMENT: -The payment will be in US Dollars and made by SWIFT MT**3/*3 for **0, **0 (Five Hundred Thousands) Metric Tons of product for a total Payment for the product shall be made immediately after Seller transfer Title to Buyer or Buyer’s nominated name.
