Product Description

Function:

• GC BL fillers are suitable for filling viscous liquids like honey, ketchup, jam, sauces, mayonnaise, cheese spread, oil in jars/cans/pouches.

Specification:

• The fillers incorporate state-of-art pneumatic filing technology for accurately filling thick viscous products.

• The product is filled into the infeed hopper (capacity ****5 kg) and is automatically sucked into the piston pump which accurately quantitates and dispenses the same through the filling valve.

• The machine is made completely from SS**4 and conforms to the GMP standards, is easy to clean and use.

• This machine does not need any electrical load and works on pneumatic air technology.

• The filled liquid can be easily adjustable to different volume sizes through a turn-knob toggle lever without any mechanical setting, thus ensuring ease of operations and filling accuracy.

• The filling is actuated through the foot actuated toggle lever which initiates the filling process through a pneumatically controlled piston assembly which results in accurate filling volume, pneumatic filling technology ensures thick viscous liquids can be easily filled.
