Product Description

We produce precision spur, helical worm gears , upto DIN 6 QUALITY. Blankis are produced on CNC Turning machines, Gears are cut on CNC Hobbing Machines using carbide hobs at very high speeds. Hardening is done by Either Induction Hardening on CNC Induction Hardening Machine or Case Hardened in SQ Furnace. Keyway, Internal splines are cut using Broaching ***** Grinding of O.D. /I.D. is done using CNC Grinding machine. Gears are skived after heat treatment when quality required is DIN 7 & FINER. Gear Quality is tested on CNC Gear tester . All parameter such as LEAD, PROFILE & PITCH ERRORS, RUNOUT are checked with reference ti DIN, AGMA, JIS, or costomer specific standards. Hardness, case depth is checked with the help of Hardness testers & other metallurgical equipments.
