 Our Coating Machines, designed to apply a thin film of functional resin onto substrates, are part of G.I. TECH's comprehensive Coating System. Tailoring equipment to the customer's Technology Readiness Level (TRL) through consultation, we offer customized specifications.

 Engaged in the Converting Machinery Total Solution business, we construct full-line equipment for coating processes, utilizing advanced manufacturing technology for SLOT DIE and other components.

 The versatile GITECH Coating System finds applications in secondary batteries, hydrogen fuel cells, and the display industry. Our solutions, ranging from experimental to mass production, are designed based on customer TRL analysis. Coating specifications, including thickness (0.1 to 2,000 μm) and speed (0.5 to 200 m/min), can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
