This line is used for laminated safty glass with PVB interlayer. The laminated glass can be used for auto, safty architecture glass, bullet-proof glass ect.

2. Production Process
Loading - Washing/Drying - PVB Interlaying - Heating/Pressing - Unloading - Auto-clave - Packing/Delivery

3. Glass washing machine
3.1 The material contact with water is stainless **4#
3.2 There are soft brush roller for Low-E glass washing
3.3 There are special sound absorbing design for noise control of blowing section
3.4 There are two pairs of air knives for drying
3.5 Glass thickness testing device can be added
4. Spreading machine
4.1 The Spreasing machine is composed of glass positioning table, glass lay-up table, scissor-type walking suction, PVB film paver, and transit table
4.2 There are universal pop-up table in positioning table and lay-up table
4.3 In the PVB film paver, 3 rolls of PVB film can be put in the same time, the roll exchange is controled electricly.
5. Preheating-prepressing machine
5.1 There are two pairs of press rollers and three heating ovens. Infrared heating pipes are used for heating
5.2 Special design results to timly and good edge sealing
5.3 The press rollers can be controled by train or by individual motors.
6. Glass autoclave
6.1 Diameter: 2.8m, Effective inner length: 5m, max. glass size: 2.5m x 5m.
6.2 Working pressure: 1.*5Mpa, Working temperature:**0C.
6.3 PLC control 
6.4 Autoclave body material: *6MnR
6.5 CE, ASME qualified autoclave can be supplied.
