DB**1 PLC straight-line beveling machine is a special equipment which is suitable for beveling and edging various flat glass and mirror. The joint-link adopts chainless ball bearing construction, and the grinding head uses up/down construction.With a wide processing range, its minimum processing glass size is *5mm x *5mm（1″×1″）, and the maximum width of bevel can reach *0mm (*-3″/8).The controlling system adopts PLC, which can be operated manually or automatically. The human-machine displays various parameters, such as the glass thickness, bevel width and angle, remaining thickness and processing speed. The conveyor uses frequency control of motor speed. The machine can grind and clean the rear transmitting plate by itself.
