Creatine monohydrate, Creatine pyruvate, L-Methionine, Chromium picolinate,VitaminC, L-Arginine, Alpha lipoic acid, Glycine, Taurine, Calcium carbonate, Phosphorus,Dipotassium phosphate, L-Glutamine, L-Iysine, Inositol, Iron sulphate, Dextrose, Acidity regulator (Citric acid). Bulking agents (Tricalciumphosphate. Calcium silicate), Chocolate aroma.
USAGE:
For the first week, take 3 serving sizes daily. After one week, take 1 serving size daily.
PREPARATION:
Mix 1 serving size Vitalest Creatine Premix Chocolate F1
Formula with a cold glass of water.
