Buyer inspect our mines and our gold dust/gold bars we had in
stocked and after Buyer inspections of our gold dust/ gold bars we
had here,Buyer and Seller take the gold to AA mineral refinery or
PMMC for full assay of the gold at AA mineral refinery or
PMMC.After final assay report of the gold from AA mineral refinery
or PMMC...Buyer goes to his bank with Seller and Buyer make full
payment of the gold to Seller...Buyer take ownership and full
control of the gold when Buyer make full payment of the gold to
Seller in Ghana.
Therefore,If Buyer doesnt want local refinery transaction.Maybe if
the Buyer doesnt want local refineries to assay the gold in
Ghana.Buyer will assist the shipment cost of our gold dust/gold
bars to Buyer refinery in abroad for final assay of the gold. Buyer
will deducts the shipping expense of the gold dust/gold bars from
Seller payment of the gold after final assay of the gold at the
Buyer refinery.Seller representative will accompany the gold dust/
gold bars with the Buyer to the Buyer destination..Seller
representative will accompany the gold shipment and seller
representative will witness the full assay of the gold dust/gold
bars at the Buyer refinery and Buyer make full payment of the gold
dust/ gold bars after final assay of the gold dust/gold bars at the
Buyer refinery.
