GF Series plastic pipe production line is mainly used in the manufacture of PVC plastic pipes with various diameters and wall thickness. PVC pipes are widely used in the aspects such as industrial, agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying, etc.
This set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibrating table, haul-off unit, cutter, stirring up stacker, etc.
The extruder and the extractor adopt the imported AC frequency inverter device. The vacuum pump and the electric vehicle motor are all products of reputed companies. The haul-off unit has the traction models such as two claws, three claws and so on .It uses the saw blade cutting type or the planet cutting type. It is additionally attached with measuring apparatus and intensifying device.
