As melting aluminum and zinc sulfide, using in vacuum evaporation technology. 

In order to play best capacity of evaporation boat, please operate as following:

1. Keep two rows of fixture alignment and keep the surface smooth.

2. When first heating for the new boat, please put an aluminium yarn in the central

groove in order to judge the boat's temperature.

3. The connection point of Aluminium yarn should be located in 1/3 to 1/2 place of

boat.

4. For the first heating for new boat, please don't heat quickly, in order to avoid to

affecting air bleeding.

5. For the first time,the speed of sending aluminum should at the rate of *5%

normal speed and increase gradually,And turn down the power in order to reach to

max area of aluminum liquid.

6. For the first boat, first heating for *5 minutes will be best. And send aluminum to

evaporate plating follow the above methods.

7. When each coil finished evaporating, please stop sending aluminium first. And

stop the power ****0 seconds later. Two minutes after stop power and the boat's

color turn to dark red, than stop close vacuum.
