Product Characteristics&Usage: The high speed Tube Centrifuge is the equipment works with high separation factor and capacity, little space and easy operation. It’s widely used in pharmaceutical, health food, drinks and chemical industries to separate the liquid-solid or liquid-liquid-solid materials. As the ideal equipment to separate different material by centrifuge force, the minimum granules can be 1 micro meter, which is especially suitable for distill, condense and clarify of material with relatively smaller gravity difference, smaller and less solid granules or higher erosion products. Structure and theory: Centrifuge consists of Machine body, driving system, drum, liquid collector trap and liquid inlet bearing seat. The upper part of drum is the flexible axis, lower part is the damp drift bearing. The main axis is linked to the driven wheel by the buffer of connecting base. So that when then motor drive the driven wheel by conveyor belt and tensioner, the drum will over-speed rotating around it’s own axis to form powerful centrifuge force field. Once material enter drum through the bottom inlet, the centrifuge force will push them to flow upward along the inner wall of drum and separate by different density.
