Chassi Model
• Made of structural steel plate. Provided with I-beams, ensuring the integrity of the set.
• Integral cross members provide stability to the product when submitted to load and traffic conditions.

Axles
• **-mm thick forged axles, with no seams, making it an integral component.

Body
• Side panels with metal frame and specific geometry to prevent tarpaulin from tearing.
• Panels are made up of TECNO *0 technology flooring plates (optional).
• Excellent body sealing provided by rubber glued to wooden panels or Techno *0 plates.
• Metal stakes with plastic finish on top, similarly to panels geometry, preserving the integrity of  tarpaulin.
• Aluminum side profiles with plastic finish.
• Metallic and removable front panel, allowing the use of the product for other applications.
• Rear tumbling system for unloading in hydraulic ramps. The rear panel is fitted with reinforced accommodation bearings to absorb the vertical loads generated by the movement of the body.

Bearings
• Tapered roller bearings, *0 mm in diameter, making centerline of the wheel hub easier. Their constructive form absorbs axial and radial efforts, providing longer service life to the component.

Brake
• *5 x 8.5/8 exclusive-to-the-brand brakes, tested and approved, providing efficiency and safety.

Mechanical Suspension
• Made up of stamped seamless hangers. Fitted with equalizer system with reinforced swivel axle, mounted with semi-elliptic springs.
• Spring brackets are fitted with movable spring pads and torque arms composed of vulcanized terminals for impact absorption.

Mudguards
• Made of high-strength polypropylene, with anti-spray system, which reduces the haze caused by water on the road.
