Product Characteristics:

The high-temperature graphitization furnace is commonly used as the super-high temperature furnace within 3,000℃and used for carbonization and graphitization test of various carbon materials, pilot scale production, carbonization and graphitization of carbon materials, shaping graphitization of carbon fiber filaments and other materials which can be sintered and melted under the carbon environment.

The equipment is generally used for processing of battery materials, modification of graphite, production of high modulus fiber, etc.

Adopting a complete PLC water, electricity and gas automatic control and protection system; realizing sequential control, interlock protection, early warning, alarming, etc. of the devices such as power supply, furnace body, cooling water and protective gas.

With a gas purification device, the oxygen content can be lowered to IPPMV, and the dew point temperature is below -80℃.
