â—� The standard model machine can realize online automatic blending up to 8 components, which reduces human error and labour cost;

â—� The blender is directly installed on the feed opening of an extruder, and material directly enter into the extruder, so that the demixing

phenomenon of materials after being mixed in the secondary conveying process is avoided;

â—� By the anti-interference filtering algorithm, the blender can still achieve a high metering precision even it is installed on the equipment with

high mechanical vibration amplitude and frequency;

â—� It still can be used in places where the electrostatic adhesion of materials is quite strong;

â—� Self-adapting proportioning control: automatically correct the material charging error and the precision error is less than 0.1%;

â—� Underlying hardware and software control, with more reliable operation

　Based on the weighing metering principle, the charging quantity of materials is controlled by the setted proportioning of each component, the proportioning precisionof all components is controlled and detected by the program, and the material-charging precision is guaranteed by the self-adapting algorithm.
