- Removable anchor

Removable Anchors are specifically designed for the installation of temporary earth retaining walls. The principal advantage of removable anchors is that they do not cause any interference with surrounding properties in the future as the strands can be removed out of the ground after (or even during) the construction. The development of Removable Anchors addresses and resolves the problem of underground pollution caused by the past generation of temporary ground anchors that were not removable and left in the ground.

- Permanent anchor

Permanent anchors are used where the anchors are required to function throughout the life span of the application. Permanent retaining walls, slopes, underground structures and dams are such applications that are designed to work with permanent anchors. In order to support or reinforce them permanently, optimizing the anchoring force and the performance of PC strands are the keys to obtaining the fully functioning service lives of the anchors. SAMJINSTEEL has developed a number of permanent anchors to optimize these elements with constant researches in the field.

- Anchor heads and wedges

SAMJINSTEEL has been running extensive inspection and testing to maintain high levels of quality for crucial components such as anchor heads and wedges.
We provide single ~ *3 holes anchor heads for ground anchors and post tensioing. Custom products are also available on request. For wedges, there are 3 piece wedges for one time use or multi time use and they are typically for *2.7mm and *5.2mm strands. Multi-time use wedges are chrome plated and for prestressing strand anchors.

- Soil nail and its components

Soil Nailing is a construction technique that stabilizes slopes by inserting steel reinforcement bars into the soil and anchoring them to the soil strata. SAMJINSTEEL offers two types of Soil Nail: Wedge Type and Liner Screw Type. Wedge Type is designed to provide a gapless connection between the nail body and the plate.

- Rock bolt and its components

A rock bolt is an essential material for stabilizing rock excavations. Rock bolts work by knitting the rock mass together, transferring load from the unstable exterior to the confined interior of the rock mass.

- Post Tensioning Anchor

We also provide various types of anchor castings for pre-stressed structures such as bridge decks, slabs and floors. Each model is designed for a different application with its unique design.
