1) Moulding Issue: If you want to change any plastic parts, please contact with us for opening new mould.

2) Samples: Free samples (below 3 pcs) can be supplied for evaluation. Customer will bear the transportation cost.

We can make the sample according to customer's requests, such as size, color,etc. For your better understanding, below is the details of the pipe color.
**- Size Measurement
3) Payment terms: *0% deposit, *0% be paid before shipment after QC.
4) Producing process: After receiving the order of trolley handle, injection molding and stamping begin simultaneously.
*1. Stamping including cutting, drilling. After drilling, is pipe surface treatment, and the next step is distribute the worked pipe to the assembly department.
*2. Injection department produce plastic parts, and the worked plastic parts are distribute to the assembly department.
*3.The assembly department will assemble the plastic parts and the worked pipe, pack the end-product.
*4. The last step is send the end-product to the warehouse.
