Gypsum Board Production Line

As a kind of wall-facing materials, paper faced gypsum board plays a very important part in construction industry. As the main material of gypsum board, the building plaster is mixed with fiber, additives (such as foaming agent, retarder and so on) and balanced amount of light fillings, stirred to become slurry by adding water, then poured on the moving paper, and at last the slurry is covered by the upper paper after its shaping. The slurry is formed into core board by solidification, and the core board and the protective paper are combined together by cutting off and drying. The gypsum boards have characteristics of good heat preservation and insulation, good fire resistance, being easily nailed, being easily sawn, being easily drilled and convenient installation, and the gypsum boards are mainly used for buildings' inner partition wall and indoor ceiling materials.

The production line adopts newly-type vertical mixer, relative improvement is made for the structure of mixer, which makes slurry blend more evenly, materials discharge more smoothly, equipment operate more efficiently. In order to meet the needs of installation for paper faced gypsum boards, the strength of board edges is increased. In addition, widespread adoption of extrusion forming is convenient for making boards flat and adjusting thickness & width, which make the quality of shaped wet boards improve constantly. As a result, bulk deposition of slurry in the forming rollers is eliminated. Some aspects such as ingredient, water-plaster ratio, stability of the slurry also need higher requirements. Adoption of dynamic foaming technology makes the density and piece weight of gypsum boards after hardening reduce and makes its strength improve. Based on the clients' requirements and the different hatching, the same production line can respectively produce three kinds of boards, namely, nonnal boards, waterproof boards and fireproof boards.
