Gypsun powder machinery

1.      Summarization:

Crusher breaks the big sized gypsum ore into less than *5mm sized ore. After storing and measured by weight belt, it is sent onto mill to grind. After filtrated by powder concentrator, it is sent into fluidized bed furnace to calcine. Unqualified powder is sent back to mill to grind again until it becomes qualified. The qualified powder after calcined is sent to store or use.

2.      The feature of calining after grinding

The advantage of the technics is that it can reduce the consume of the resources. The reason is: After the big grain of gypsum is grind, the diameter of the powder is less than 0.2mm; the surface area will be enlarged when it is calcined. In this way, the contact area between the powder and the medium. It promotes the efficiency of heat exchange. The disadvantage is that there are 3 dust pollution spots, but it can be solved by dust exhausting equipment.
