Product Description

1 Use of machine

This machine is mainly used for cleaning the surface of H beam and steel plate. After shot blasting, rust and oxide coat will be removed away. This will intensify the steel, improve the anti-fatigue capacity and finally improve the inner and outer quality of steel.

The H beam delivered by rollers into shot blasting chamber will accept hit and cut by steel shot accelerated by impeller heads. After shot blasting, the dust and oxide coat will be cleaned off. Then the H beam will be sent out of chamber.

The machine absorbs advanced technology from abroad. It has the advantage of energy save, large volume and high speed of shot blasting, long life service of wearing parts, easy maintenance and reliable etc. We pave high chrome alloy steel on the inner wall of shot blasting chamber, thus it not only reduces the frequency of maintenance, but also rebound the steel shots to hit the H beam again. Once the H beam enters into shot blasting area, it will receive 8 different angels of shot blasting. The cleanness will reach *9.5%.
