Product Feature
1.H.B series gearbox adopt currency layout and may transform into
special-purpose reducer according to customer's requirement.
2.The housing of one size can realize parallel shaft,right-angle
shaft modes and horizontal,vertical mounting modes.Variety of
components is reducible,the number of reducers' mode is
augmentable.
3.The feature is compact construction, steady running. It can
bear huge road of industry,instead of early international
standard gearbox.
4.Sound-absorbable structure,larger surface,big fan reduce
temperature and noise,advanced grinding process of cylindrical
gear and bevel gear improve stability and transmit power more
efficeintly.
5.The material of gears is *0CrMnTi alloy steel and the hardness
can reach to HRC*8°~ *2° after heat treatment like
tempering,cementiting,quenching etc.All the gears are processed
by accurate grinding and the precision by accurate grinding and
the precision can reach to grade 6~5.
