Our car seat cushions are made of good quality viscose, ice silk or flax. Viscose fiber is a synthetic fiber, made of thin filaments of regenerated cellulose, extruded from a solution of viscose. Called also viscose fiber and viscose rayon fiber. Viscose fiber has very high intensity and abrasive resistance. The wrinkle resistance is the most in all the fibers. Its moisture absorption is very small and the moisture regain is 0.4% in the standard state, so it is not easy to be affected with damp. Viscose fiber has very strong light resistance which is only weaker than the Polyacrylonitrile, so it will not become color. Viscose fiber has very strong heat resistance. The melting point is **8~**3℃, softening point is **0℃ and vitrification temperature is *7~*1℃, so the viscose cushion will not get mildew and worm damaging, it is not easy to fire and it is easy to be maintain.
