3 Engine gearbox brake device: to protect users safety and prolong its service life (see Fig. 5)
Advantages: 1. once the emergency stop hand bar is released, the gearbox brake immediately stops rotating. You must re-press it for continual work. 2. When the brake is released, the travelling wheel stops immediately with no need to shut down the engine. Press it and the wheel works again. In this way the work life is guaranteed.
Traditional devices: 1 when the emergency stop hand bar is released, the travelling wheel continues rotating due to inertia force, which may cause injuries. 2 when the hand bar is released, the engine needs to be shut down. If the work is to continue, the engine should be re-started. Increased frequency of startup shortens its service life.
