HDPE geocell is a new type high strength geosynthetics with small cell structure, made of HDPE strips welding together by ultrasonic wave machine, can be filled with soil, gravel and concrete etc. using for reinforce or planting engineering, main used in the roadbed of the railway or highway, dam, retaining wall projects etc, also be used for improving the shallow river bed , dock or floodwall etc.

 Applications  

● Stabilizes the bed of railway and road.

●  improve the loading of banks and walls

●  Prevents landslide and to be used as compound walls to improve loading

 Characteristics   

● Has high strength with lower unit weight, long-term usage, chemical stability, strong oxidation resistance, anti-acid/alkali corrosion, applied to different geological conditions, such as saline soil, desert, etc.

● Can be used at wide temperature range, have high seaming peel strength, good rigidity, toughness, good load capacity and anti-erosion ability.

● Panel size is relatively stable, but change the height of cell and welding distance can get different geocells for various projects.

● Easy for transport and installing.

● Can speed up construction and reduce cost of project.
