Introduction of Dredging Pipe Float The shell of our pipe floater is made from Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE) raw material with high compressive strength and excellent flexiblity. It is shaped by rotational molding and filled with high strength polyurethane foam plastic by foam processing. The plastic shell is filled with polyurethane foam material. The resin is added with anti-UV materials. The pipe floater has enough toughness and hardness against environmental changes and low temperature. In addition, the floater won’t pollute water and can be recycled. With reasonal structure and good performance, the seamlessly shaped pipe floater has become the ideal substitute of traditional steel floater as dredging pipe floating supports.
