Product Description

The HDPE silicon core pipe production line is composed by:
1. High efficiency extruders. Adopts specially designed screws. Equipped with advanced gear boxes, which ensures high efficiency transmission. Equipped with vacuum feeding machines and drying hoppers.
2. Composite co-extrusion die head, for outer PE layer, inner silicon layer and mark lines. Equipped with hydraulic swift screen changer.
3. Vacuum calibration tank and water spray cooling tanks.
4. Haul off machine.
5. Printer.
6. Coiler.
The HDPE silicon core pipe production line is featured with high output, high automation, easy operation, stable performance, reasonable structure and low energy cost. High advanced processing technique ensures good quality of pipe.
The HDPE silicon core pipe extrusion line is mainly used for producing cable protection pipe. Silicon core pipe has the features of high hardness, high tenacity, corrosion resistance and long service life.

And it also has extrusion sign so that it is convenient to construct and check circuitry. It is new cable hose following PVC pipe, double-wall corrugated pipe and multi-pipe. At present, it is widely used for communication project, highway and railway project.
