HDV*4D*9 DC rectifier of auto-control

1.                   Application

HDV*4D*9 DC rectifier of auto-control is mainly used in which there is no AC power to protect metal structures and equipments by provide impressed current cathodic protection system, such as pipeline, cables and tanks and so on.

2.                   Main features

2.1               The power conversion has adopted high—times switching power supply technology with the features of noiselessness, low ripple, fast response and reliability.

2.2               Redundant structure，there are two units which are standby mutually in rectifier of auto-control. The rectifier of auto-control will switch to spare unit when there is fault in operating unit

2.3               The rectifier of auto-control has been provided with automatic switching function of operation mode. The rectifier of auto-control will switch to the pre-set value to realize constant current protection when the rectifier of auto-control cannot work normally because of exoteric reasons.

2.4               The rectifier of auto-control has been provided with functions of resisting AC interference and lightning protection to increase the reliability greatly.

2.5               The rectifier of auto-control has been provided with self—test function that is convenient for distinguishing fault reason.

2.6               The rectifier of auto-control has adopted key-press operation. Multi- parameters and operation state can be showed by LCD. Operation and control are simple and intuitive.

2.7               The rectifier of auto-control can adapt to fast interrupt test.

2.8               The rectifier of auto-control has been equipped with point-to-point ports and RS**5 port by which the rectifier of auto-control can be connected with computer to transmitting and controlling data remotely.

3.2.1        Output adjustable range: Output voltage: 1 % ~ **0% rated value;

3.2.2        Ripple Coefficient: Ripple coefficient is not more than 2% when rectifier of auto-control is operating on rated output state.

3.2.3        Range of constant potential: The constant potential is consecutive and can be regulated in the rang© of OmV***0mV.

3.2.4        Constant potential precision: The error between controlled potential and protective potential is less than 5mV.

3.2.5        Resist interference: Reference terminal can resist AC interference and instantaneous interference.

3.2.6        Preset range of constant current: 1%~ **0% of rated value of output current..

3.2.7        Constant current precision: Better than 1%.

3.2.8        The rectifier of auto-control has been provided with self-test function.

3.2.9        The rectifier of auto—control has been provided with automatic switching function.

3.2.*0 The rectifier of auto—control has been provided with automatic switching function.

3.2.*1   ecovery function: The rectifier of auto-control can still work at the protective potential which has been set before when power has been recovered.

3.2.*2   n-off test There are internal control system and telecontrol system to make the rectifier of auto-control into on-off test. The time base of on-off test can be set by itself. The setting ranges of making time and break time are 0.1〜*9s.The setting ranges of on-off alternating times is 1〜*9.

3.3 Protection functions: The rectifier of auto-control has been provided with overcurrent protection, undervoltage protection, overheating protection, lightning protection, reversed polarity protection, alarm and interlock.

3.4Operation and display interface

3.4.1  Operation interface

The rectifier of auto-control has adopted key-press operation, “constant potential”，“constant current”，“operate”， “self—test”，“On/Off” and data output can be set by shortcut keys; the other parameters can be set by each function key.

3.4.2 Display interface

3.4.2.1The rectifier of auto-control is equipped with LCD of which precision is better than 0.5% to display the following data: DC output voltage; DC output current; protection potential; given potential; given current; alarm type; operation mode (constant potential/constant current/on -off test); operation state (On/Off).

3.4.2.2 nput voltage is displayed by digital meter.

3.4.2.3 Indicators: Operation/Self-test.

3.5Data communication interfaces: The rectifier of auto-control can be equipped with various communication interfaces (eg. USB interface, point-to-point interfaces, RS**5 interface, RS**2 interface, etc) to transmit, storage, measure operation data remotely, such as potential signal, current signal, voltage signal. Through these interfaces, synchronous on-off test can be controlled remotely.
