Product Description

Spiral plate heat exchanger is one kind of heat transmission equipment with higher heat transmission efficiency through spiral channel for heat transmission. It is widely used in chemical industry. Its working principal as the following: when two different fluid flow to the heat exchanger channels from both sides of tube wall; Two kinds of fluid contact upstream separated by tube wall. Hot fluid will transfer heat to tube wall, then to cold fluid to realize the structural characteristics. The fluid will reach turbulent flow condition at lower speed so it enhances the heat transmission. It is made of plate so it can reduce cost for large production.

Four passage spiral plate heat exchanger is one kind of new structure developed and designed by the company for heavy flow and minor temperature difference working condition. Due to four fluid passage arrangement, the media can be heated and cooled down evenly in the passage so it can precisely control media outlet temperature.  

 
Advanced Welding Equipment
Use dedicated stud welding machine imported from German to automatically weld distance column, the minimum thickness of base plate is 1.5mm and it can weld on clading materials and high alloy plate. The welding joint is plane and the two kinds of materials can be melted together so it has higher strength than common two points welding and the product quality is better.
