ECSE Total Heat Recovery Rotor/Wheels/Cassettes Air-to-Air Heat Recovery Ecotech ECSE total Heat Recovery Rotor/Wheels recover sensible as well as latent heat to improve the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), by controlling humidity and saving energy in air-conditioning system. By using ECSE rotor in air-conditioning system we get more fresh air at low energy cost by saving energy. Ecotech ECSE Total heat Recovery rotor consists of Sensible and Total heat recovery rotor (wheel). ECSE Air-to-Air Heat Recovery Rotor / Exchanger shall be constructed of alternate Layers of corrugated and flat aluminium foil. Both sides of the Rotor shall be completely smooth surface with sealing using ���brush seals". 1. High Efficiency. The Total Heat recovery Rotor (Enthalpy) media is made of aluminium and surface is coated with specially developed desiccant adsorbent material. Desiccant surface freely adsorb and transmit water vapour molecules without gaseous cross-contamination. 2. High physical strength ECSE heat recovery rotor adopts the advanced winding technology. Apart from Glue binding, it has strong aluminium spoke inserted radically inside, keeping surface free from spoke outside. This design give better strength, better surface smoothness and low air blockage than keeping spoke outside on surface of rotor. 3. Polished Rotor Surface Adapt the advanced surface polishing techniques to make frictionless surface. 4. Surface Hardened Rotor both side surface is coated with fire proof material, which harden the edge of flute. 5. Built-in Purge section The purging sector is provided to clean the rotor to eliminated leakage from the exhaust air to the supply air side. 6. Brush Seal The Rotor is sealed with brush seals between airstreams and around the perimeter of the Rotor. Because of the smooth rotor surface, the brush seal provides an extremely effective seal with very little contact pressure, resulting in extended service life. 7. Customize large range. ECSE Rotor can be customise as per customer requirement. We can provide segmented or assembled, Built-in lifelong lubricated bearing or outside bearing, diffirent flute height and depth, cassette or rotor and rotor sizes from ��**0mm to ��***0mm.
