Heavy hammer hydraulic butterfly valve works with high pressure oil
produced by oil pump to drive piston barrel to move and rotate the
valve pole to open the valve via brace gearing while it lifts up
the heavy hammer which is connected with valve pole.When the valve
opens to the full, autolock is applied. When the
butterfly valve needs to be shut off,pressure oil in energy
storage(or spring) relieves the locked ingot in advance, then start
the oil discharge loop.Under the efffect of heavy hammer
moment,moving water moment(pressure oil in the energy storage), the
valve closes quickly first and slowly later to eliminate wawter
hammer's intercepting current to protect water turbine unit.
