Principle of the test
Recombinant HCV antigen - conjugated gold
binds to HCV antibody present in patient's serum or plasma to
form gold conjugate and IgG complex, when this complex flows over
membrane, the complex containing specific anti-HCV antibody will
bind to another recombinant HCV antigen coated over membrane
forming a red line.
Five microliter serum or plasma is applied to cassette, then add
****0 ul application buffer, positive signal will appear in a few
minutes.
