a. Below are the specifications:
- Iron wire tensile strength: *9.5 kg – *4 kg/m2
- Coil weight: 0.5 kg – **0 kg (according different wire gauge)
- Zinc coating: Electro galvanized ***8g/m2
- Hot dip galvanized *****0g/m2 (according different wire
gauge)
b. The wire mainly be used for:
- Binding- binding wire, smaller coil, U shape wire, twisted
wire etc.
- Wire mesh weaving- chicken wire mesh, square hole wire mesh,
chain link fence, crimped wire mesh etc.
- Wire mesh welding- welded wire mesh, hardware cloth, wire
fence. (PVC coated after welding)
- Barbed wire making- hot dip galvanized wire from BWG *7 to
BWG *2, well tempered.
2. Stainless steel wire mesh/cloth
Mainly is woven mesh in different type: plain weave, twill weave,
Dutch weave.
Material: stainless steel wire of S.S. **2, S.S. **4, S.S. **6,
S.S. **4L, S.S. **6L ...
- Mesh aperture size from **0 mesh to 2 mesh.
- Wire diameter from 0.**5 mm to 2 mm.
