I.Summary
This mill is designed to produce the pipe of Φ10mm-Φ*2mm with thickness of 0.8mm–2.0mm and can also produce square and rectangular tubes under the appropriate conditions of raw materials and other products.
II. The technical flow of the production line
Strip coil→Double-head un-coiler→Shearing & butt welding machine→ Accumulator→Forming section（Flattening unit +Main driving unit +Forming unit +Guide unit +High frequency induction welding unit +squeeze roller）+ De-burr frame→Cooling unit→Sizing unit and straightener →Flying saw → roll way and convery
