leadore process production line mainly includes: Crushing by crusher, separating by vibrating screen, grinding by ball mill and classifying by classifier; the separation of minerals consists of weight, flotation, and electric separation, etc. Dehydration of minerals includes enrichment, filtration, drying, and other procedures.  

Mineral Processing flow chart:
We choose jaw crusher and fine crusher to finish everyday’s crushing task, working at ***2 hours one day.

The crushed material was transported by belt conveyor to next stage, the swaying feeder connecting with ball mill which is main grinding stage machine.

The ball mill’s working atmosphere is wet, the water and crushed material was grinded in the ball mill, the spiral classifier with ball mill makes a closed circuit, after spiral classifier’s classifying, the relatively big granularity will flow back to ball mill, enough fine material will go to agitation tank, in agitation tank, there is drug mixed with pulp together, this process is to prepare for next flotation.

The mixed pulp will go to flotation machine through pipe. In floatation machine, scraper blade makes pulp create many bubbles, value material will stick to bubble with the work of drug, and the bubble will go up when floatation machine’s pillar rotation drive by motor, the bubbles will be scrapped out, then flow to concentrate pool.
