Product Description

1. Usage

BG series high efficient coating machine is mainly used in the field of pharmacy, foodstuff, biology product, suitable for organic film, water solvent film, sugar coating for different tablets, pill, candy etc.

2. Working principle

BG series high efficient coating machine is composed of main machine, hot air cabinet, exhauster cabinet, mixing barrel, spray system, feeding system, feed-in and discharge material system. (refer to picture 1)

BG series high efficient coating machine working principle as picture 2 shows. The object to be coated are doing continuity complicated movement in the coating rotary drum. The coating medium been sprayed onto the object through spraygun and dropper by the peristaltic pump. At the same time, the hot air which been filtered and purified get in for drying and been exhausted by the exhauster. Thus reach the coating purpose to make objects forming a surface of firmness, compact, flat, smooth film.(refer to picture 2)
