HY-QM Series automatic carton box rotary die cutting machine is use to produce the abnormal shape carton box. The feeding unit adopt vacuum absorb feeder, The absorb wind can be adjust. The feeding precision is better.  The die cutter unit can do the abnormal shape type box by install the die tools. Difference die tools can produce difference type carton box. One time it also can produce 2 or 3 or more carton box.
The speed of the machine is **0 pieces per minute.
 
 
Functions and Characteristic
 
1.The feeding unit adopt vacuum suction lead edge feeding system, increase the feeding speed and decrease the rate of cardboard blocking when using back-kick feeding system.
2.Equipped with the number counter , easy and clear for production. Start with the alarm bell ring, more safety.
3.Die cutting cylinder is objected to balance alignment and hard chrome plate. Supper quality steel.
4.When feeding ,die cutting cylinder pneumatic up and touch the rubber cylinder ; when stop , it automatic down and separate with the rubber cylinder.
5.Die cutter rubber cushion from Taiwan with convenient installation and long lifespan
6.Mechanical left and right moving device(*0mm) for rubber roller: each cutting in different place, prolong the using life of the rubber
7.Speed automatic compensating device make sure that all the boxes are the same size.
