PZT Sandwich Transducers are bonded to bottom or sides of  S.S. Cleaning Tanks.  A solid state Power Generator produces powerful Ultrasonics oscillations which are converted at high efficiency into mechanical vibrations.  This causes violent distension and contraction of cleaning fluids giving rise to millions of microscopic vacuum bubbles which forms and collapse at the same rate and produce a byproduct known as " CAVITATION " It produces intense scurbbing action throughout the liquid thereby rapidly and efficiently removing contaminants even from the intricate parts of the components.
