l Introduction
ALEB*3 is a set of automatic egg breaking equipment, it can also
separate eggyolk from eggwhite. The egg breaking part is
disk rotation type. The processing
speed is according to thethe diameter of the disk,for the
disk with diameter: 0.4 m, processing speed can reach ***0
pieces/hour. The part for putting on eggs is connected with a
conveying chain about 1.4 meter. Eggs can be put on the part
manually or by using water tank automatically.
As for the automatic system, it is by using water tank part to
put on eggs automatically, and then clear eggs by brushes which
were equipped on the conveyor and then dryed by the air pump.

Egg breaking and egg liquid separating machine is an egg
processing machine. It is suitable for cakes, eggs powder
factories, and all the other manufacturers which produce food
products related to egg liquids.
