1. Solid content
Solid content refers to the proportion of solids contained in the waterproof coating. As the solid components in the paint form a film after brushing, the solid content is closely related to the film thickness and film quality.
2. Heat resistance
Heat resistance refers to that the waterproof film will not soften and deform under high temperature after the waterproof coating film is formed. Non flowing performance, i.e. high temperature resistance.
3. Flexibility
Flexibility refers to the performance of the film layer of waterproof coating to maintain flexibility at low temperature. It reflects the construction and use performance of waterproof coating at low temperature.
4. Water impermeability
Water impermeability refers to the performance that the waterproof coating will not leak under a certain water pressure (hydrostatic pressure or dynamic pressure) for a certain period of time. It is the main quality index that the waterproof coating meets the waterproof function requirements.
5. Extensibility
The ability of the extended waterproof film to adapt to the deformation of the base course. The waterproof coating must have certain extensibility after being filmed, so as to adapt to the deformation of the base course caused by temperature difference, dry and wet factors, and ensure the waterproof effect.
