What is the maintenance of the
machine - co2 laser cutting
machine
1.Don't turn on the machine
without the connection of laser power supply to
earth.
2.Make sure if water flows out
of the water pump after turning on the machine,don't use the
machine if there is no water out of water pump.
3.Make sure there's about 20kg
circular water in the container,keep the temperature of the
wataer at about 30C. Make sure there's no dirt in the
water,change the circular water every day
4. Wipe the reflector and
focuser with alcohol(≥95%}once per week.
5.Turn on the fan while the
machine is working and avoid the pollution of reflector and
focuser.
6.Make sure that in cold weather
water in the laser tube is emptied,avoid the damager to the
laser tube.
7.Maintain the linear track with
lubricant at least once per week.
8.The laser couldn't meet any
light,keep the machine away from tinder/exploder/holophote and
diffuse reflection goods and avoid fire cause by laser
setover.
9,The operator couldn't be away
while the machine is working to avoid any loss.
10.There're laser and high
voltage part in the machine, laypeople mustn't dismantle the
machine. The maintenance of the machine must be under the
direction of our technicians.
11 .Use the manostat and then
turn on the machine while the voltage is unstable.
12.People without professional
training couldn't use the machine
