Material:

There are 2 kinds of materials China manufacturers usually use for water walker balls: TPU or PVC, they look so same that people cannot distinguish them just by eyes, but they are different if as the material for water walker balls:

1. TPU is one kind of eco-friendly material and high polymer material, but PVC not. In the extremely low temperature environment such as winter, TPU can still work very well, but PVC won't, PVC will become very hard in the low temperature and easily to be broken.

2. TPU has no smell even in high temperature environment. PVC has smell.

3. TPU has excellent tensile and tear strength, and restore rapidly in original shape. PVC also has good tensile and tear strength but cannot compares with TPU, and PVC restore slowly.

4. PVC material is forbidden to be used in toys in some countries, because it may create toxic gas when burned.

We only use TPU as the material for water walker balls, and we recommend our clients to use TPU, not PVC, because TPU is much more safer, eco-friendly and with much longer service life than PVC, although it also much more expensive than PVC, but the fact will prove the TPU’s quality is worthy of the prices.
